September 2010 Newsletter Intentional Compassion-- Endless ancient spiritual and religious texts detail the path of compassion as a science. Our culture seeks an equation, a logical sequence of thoughts and concepts allowing for the demonstration, as well as the definition of compassion in our lives. Our technological culture asks us to approach the science of compassion through the eyes of logic. The use of logic alone, although useful, very probably is incomplete. Indigenous peoples of the world have offered a similar idea for compassion based in logic, though with a greater degree of completeness. From their perspective, the logic of the mind alone is not enough. Mental logic must be tempered with a greater wisdom, the wisdom of the heart. Thought is the conscious program of our lives and directs the power of our emotions. Vibrational wave forms of conscious and intentional thoughts direct our hearts as to the nature of our emotional energy. Compassion may be defined as specific qualities of thought, feeling and emotion. Thought without attachment to the outcome of the event. Feeling without the distortion of bias and conditioning. Emotion without the charge of polarity. Compassion may be demonstrated as the allowing within another individual possibilities of thought, feeling and emotion that you may not allow in yourself. At the same time, we take whatever action we are led to take without attachment to the outcome, distorted feeling or charged emotion. How then, are we to consciously reconcile the events of our world, with the feelings and emotions that the events create within our bodies? The mastery of compassion is less about forcing change upon the world around you and more about re-defining what your world means to you. Through the mastery of intentional compassion, we determine how we feel, what emotions we perceive and the quality of our thoughts, regarding a given situation. The Essene texts remind us that humanity lives in the realms of body, thought, and feeling. To know peace in our world we must find “the angel of peace” in each of these three realms. In the Gnostic texts, the “Angel” or energy of Peace is further described as a key in the aligning of the body with feeling. “…if thought and feeling make peace with each other in this one house, the body, they will say to the mountain, ‘Move away,’ and it will move away.” From the Nag Hammadi Library Why do we give our power away to an experience outside of our bodies? A variety of ancient texts remind us that peace and compassion are our truest nature. Life, over and over again, offers us the opportunity for us to become other than our truest nature. Our greatest challenge may be to fully immerse ourselves in the experience of life, without losing the integrity of our truest nature to life. In other words, the key of life’s mastery is to “…be present in each experience without attachment to the outcome. Be in the world and not of the world.” Ernest Holmes teaches non-attachment by saying that we can and must learn to release our need to make something happen and our need to know how it will happen. How we respond to the challenges of our lives is a very personal choice made by each of us. When we express ourselves as anything other than compassion, we are expressing as less than our true nature. When we express ourselves as anything other than our truest nature, we are a fragment of the promise that we made to ourselves by virtue of being in this world. More than any other time in recorded human history, this is a time of responsibility, personal responsibility. Us determing our response to our world is perhaps the greatest expression of personal mastery. As a being of intentional compassion:
- Compassion is not a license to sit idly, viewing the events of life from a perspective of non-involvement, numbness or denial. Becoming intentional compassion is our invitation to immerse ourselves fully into the experience of life, whatever the offering, from a place of non-judgment. Intentional compassion is only possible when we can heal our personal polarity while living in a world of polarity.
If only one other person on the planet can or has done this, then each of us can too. Countless people we refer to as masters have done just that and through taking personal responsibility for our choices, we too can be masters of our lives. Our key to achieving this mastery may be intentional compassion. What do you think? What do you feel? What are you emoting?

February 2010 Newsletter
WOW! What happpened to January? It seems like it flew by and I barely got out of the house. Oh wait! I was at home a lot in January with all the snow and ice. Sometimes Spirit through Mother Nature likes to slow us all down a bit so we can reflect on our lives and perhaps our life's purpose. This is an age old question (What is my life's purpose?) but if left unanswered we continue to miss the point of our Earth journey. Knowing our life's purpose gives us energy and power to make a difference while we are here.
Now that January is over and we have gotten past the New Year's resolutions and the celebration of a New Year for the newness of it, it is time to recall our Divine Purpose and put forth some energy towards accomplishing it. If we have already chosen our Divine purpose, the hardest part is over. If we have not, then the time is NOW before the rest of the year slips away. Finding and following our Divine Purpose is different from setting our goals. A goal is a tangible desire with an end result, but our Divine Purpose is a way of life and living. Our goals have finite deadlines, but our Divine Purpose is something that we will be working with and growing with for the rest of our lives.
If we truly want to realize our full potential in this lifetime, the first thing we have to do is look out upon our world and notice all the things that need healing, solving or transforming. We do not have to look far to see a multitude of opportunties to make positive changes in our world. Our task then is that after looking carefully at our world, we must pick out one thing that we feel needs transforming, healing or solving, something that would be fun for us to get involved with. Please note the word fun. Our Divine Purpose must allow us to come from a place of joy as we embrace and embody our mission for it. It is not about being a martyr or great personal sacrifice. It is about focus, joy and a sense of purposeful achievement. It is about the highest and best good of everyone concerned.
Keep in mind what is really important is not whether our purpose is ever achieved as much as whether we are working toward the solution with dedication and persistence. The rest, including the change we seek, is in God's hands and the sooner we release our need to make it happen or know how it will happen the more we will be fulfilling our Divine Purpose.
We have all been seekers as light workers for many years, but the time comes when our evolution demands that we become finders. Finding and expressing our Divine Purpose is what we do when we as children of God grow up and begin to take our spiritual and physical responsibilites more seriously.
So, make a new comittment to yourself in February 2010. Realize that you were not put on this planet simply to work hard and pay your taxes, retire, and then die. That is not your Divine Purpose. Some might disagree with that but you know in your heart that you are here for much greater things.
We are all here to discover and demonstrate our personal Divinity. When we choose our Divine Purpose and work/play towards achieving It, we are blessed many times over with energy, resources and blessings that fulfill us beyond our wildest dreams.

The Prosperity of My Life with a One Armed Woman
As I sit here contemplating what I will say to my spiritual family in about 3 1/2 hours from now about The Miracle of Love which is my talk title for today, I realize I am only beginning to learn this for myself. And yet I have chosen to speak about it as though I know all about it. That in itself is a testimony to the power and miracle of love. I love my spiritual family so much I can go before them knowing that whatever Spirit wants to say through me will be a gift to us all.
One of my recent experiences about the power and miracle of love is my relationship with Margaret since her recent health opportunities with her lungs and her broken arm. I call them opportunities because they have caused us both to take a much deeper look at the miracle of love in our lives. They have caused us to slow down a bit and really be more in love with life and with each other. They say that love is unselfish and now I truly know that to be true. In the past when Margaret was experiencing health issues, I found myself being very selfish and almost resentful because her health issues did not fit my plan for us and there just was not enough time for health problems. Spirit was very persistent with me, giving me many opportunities to work on my resentment and transform it into the love that was always there if I could get my ego out of the way.
For the past nearly 3 months now I have come to know what the miracle of love is all about for me. I have become the caretaker I never wanted to be. I understand now what people mean when they say that God never gives us more than we can handle. I am mystified by the energy that I have found to do so much more than I ever thought I could. My day starts at 5:30Am most every morning and the first 2-3 hours is spent with Spirit in meditation, spiritual treatment for myself and others, and my joy of serving this community via the internet. After Margaret wakes up, I help her get dressed after bathing her every other day, fix her breakfast, and make sure she has everything she needs before I leave for the day to attend to my painting business. Before starting my painting day, I stop at the Center and do whatever needs doing. When I finish work, I may go to the grocery store, do any banking necessary for us or for the Center. After I arrive home and after cleaning all my painting tools, I clean house as needed, throw a load of wash in, and spend some time sharing with Margaret - not necessarily in that order. Soon, it is time for dinner and dishes. On 2 to 3 nights a week there is something going on at the Center and I am off to attend to another of my passions, my spiritual family. Revitalized from that, I return home to Margaret and we share some more and sit quietly most evenings with the TV off while she reads and I do some writing on The Prosperity website. My day draws to a close around 11PM as I help Margaret change into her jammies and tuck her into bed.
My life with a one armed woman although shortlived, as her arm is healing nicely, has been an incredible experience of the miracle of love and the power and energy that love brings into our lives. Margaret is such an incredible woman and spiritual being. Through all of this she is my rock. She never complains, never feels sorry for herself, and always expresses appreciation abundantly. She never loses touch with her spiritual tools and often reminds me of my own when I am having a tough time dealing with something. She is an incredible being and we are all blessed to have her in our lives.
Thanks for letting me share this very special part of my life with you.

It's Time to Open Our Gift
As I sit here looking out at our gorgeous Christmas view of the mountains covered in snow, every limb on every tree laden with the purity of the coolness of Nature's breath, I wonder what gift could be more Divine than this view. And then I remember what Christmas is really all about for me. It is not about the material gifts, the lights, the trees laden with decorations, the shopping, or even the children, the music, or the holiday potlucks. For me, Christmas is about the Divinity within each and every one of us who inhabit this planet and beyond. It is not about the Christmas Story that has been told for over 2000 years that I never really resonated with, its about the untold story about the gift that lies deep within each one of us. Its not about the man named Jesus who taught us so much in parables but we forgot to read between the lines. It is about the principle he was teaching. Christ was not his last name, Christ was the principle he was teaching us. He was a Christed One because his humaness gave way to the Divine within himself. He found and expressed his Divinity to the world and let us know that we too could do this and much more. Out of our fear of the responsibility we assumed this Divinity carried with it, we resolved as a people to worship something outside of ourselves, to put him on a pedestal he would have never chosen for himself. He urged us to go within, to seek Heaven within ourselves and find the gift of our Christ nature.
Instead, we named a religion after him and then proceeded to misinterpret many if not most of his teachings as those of the only Son of God. First, God has no religion and second, Jesus was not the "only son of God" - he was the Son, begotten by the only Father. Eckhart, one of the great mystics of the Middle Ages, said: "God never begot but one Son, but the Eternal is forever begetting the only begotten." Jesus was a Son of God that perhaps embodied the Christ principle more than anyone before or since, but we are all Sons and Daughters of God to the degree that we allow the Christ principle to flow through us. This is the gift of God to each one of us alike and it is time for us to open this gift as we move into a new paradigm in this third demension world, one of Oneness and Unity. It is time to leave behind the paradigm of separation and isolation by sharing our Divinity with the world we wish to express with the qualities of God we have all inherited.
As we wind down 2009 over this next 3 weeks, let us all balance our seeking of the physical and material with the seeking for the expression of our Divinity within. Remember, wherever our attention goes, energy flows. I for one will be putting more of my attention on the Divinity within myself and every person I interact with over this holiday season and make such a habit of it that 2010 will see an amazing transformation in my life. I know that many of you if not all will join me in this wonderful time of gift giving that means so much for ourselves and our world.
Namaste literally means: The Christ in me honors the Christ in you.

Life Will Always Be Working Out for Me. . .
I like understanding that things are always evolving, and while there are many things that could be better where I am, it is not really a problem because "where I am" is constantly changing to something better. I like knowing that as I look for the best things around me where I am, those things become more prevalent in my experience.
It is fun to know that things are always working out for me, and as I watch for the evidence of that . . . I see more evidence of that every day.
--- Abraham
The above reading may leave some of our Oneness having a hard time believing that “where I am is constantly changing to something better.” Whether it is our community here at The Creative Thought Center or other communities all over the planet, there are people experiencing the effects of the transition from the old paradigm of lack and separation to the new paradigm of abundance and Oneness. One of the effects is called by many a recession. Webster defines recession as an act of receding : withdrawal. What happens in an economic recession is that people, companies, governments, organizations, etc. withdraw from doing the things that make them abundant and productive. They recede back from the very acts that provide them with their livelihood. One of the most important acts they withdraw from is believing or knowing that whatever they put their focus/energy on is what they will manifest more of.
When we come to a place of knowing who we are as spiritual beings who are constantly evolving, we may still experience the ebbs and flows of life here in the realm of contrast. But, we stop receding or withdrawing from the very acts that make us abundant and prosperous as our Creator made us. In other words we continue to cultivate the acts that move us forward from the not so desirable end of the contrast continuum to the one we focus our energy and attention on. We may have to make harder choices and do things our ego has not been open to, but because we are coming from our Soul level now, we make choices that help to evolve rather than recede. We open ourselves up to the people, resources and opportunities that light our path rather than those that cast shadows across our path. We leave the victim mentality behind and see only heroes in our lives.
Because we live in the world of contrast, there will always be the opportunity to choose what it is we wish to experience. The trick is to understand and come to the knowing that “well-Being will always abound, so the dominant experience of the majority of people will always be one of Well-Being. So you can decide, at any point in time, in what part of this you want to play. You can use anything as your excuse to align with Well-being, or you can use anything as your excuse to not align. The thing that I think is at the heart of this discussion is our own personal power. I think that's what we are all sort of struggling for and reaching for.”
A friend of mine comments often to me about the times in which we live, that there is an abundance of opportunities in people’s lives that they blind themselves to because they limit themselves by what they are open and willing to do and be to create abundance and prosperity in their lives. At one time in my life I cleaned other people’s toilets to survive financially. I did it with enthusiasm and gratitude because it brought me income, both financial and in opportunities to be of service. I refused to be a victim of an economy or mass mindset that a recession or depression could control my life. I claimed my personal power and kept moving forward up the spiral of life.
As we go into the winter months when there is less activity and seemingly less opportunities, it is important for all of us not to withdraw or recede from our personal power and our ability to create whatever we focus on. We will continue to create either consciously or by default whatever we believe/know to be our truth. Here are some suggestions to take with us into winter:
1. Surround yourself with people who support and encourage your creative process.
2. Celebrate your successes.
3. Nurture and allow yourself to receive.
4. Align yourself vibrationally with your Divinity.
5. Delight in your magnificence.
6. Tend to your vibrational level every day in every way.
When you do find yourself outside your personal power, reach out to one of those people you have surrounded yourself with and allow them to help you reconnect to our Oneness.

Courage & Community
Edward Estlin Cummings (October 14, 1894 – September 3, 1962), popularly known as E. E. Cummings, with the abbreviated form of his name often written by others in lowercase letters as e. e. cummings (in the style of his poems), was an American poet, painter, essayist, author, and playwright. His body of work encompasses approximately 2,900 poems, two autobiographical novels, four plays and several essays, as well as numerous drawings and paintings. He is remembered as a preeminent voice of 20th century poetry, as well as one of the most popular. Cummings once said, "It takes courage to grow up and become who you really are." This is more true now than ever as we make a paradigm shift that draws us closer to remembering who we are and the power we have as spiritual beings. The courage is in the moving out of a comfort zone that has been established by societal structures that permeate our lives starting with our parental belief systems most often based on mass consciousness which is fed by other structures such as the educational systems in place, the governmental influence, the media "spin", and our religious doctrines and dogma. These societal structures have caused most of us to spend many of our early years or as Wayne Dyer refers to them, "the morning or ambition" stage of our lifes - focused on the more, more, more materialistic gathering in our lifes. There is nothing wrong with having an abundance of material things, comforts and conveniences but not to the exclusion of meaning. Things for things sake eventually turn to dust and leaves our souls pretty empty where meaning might have dwelled. The sooner we have the courage to turn away from the narrow focus of materialism and expand our consciousness into the "afternoon or meaning" stage of life Dyer calls it, the more expansive and fulfilling our lives become. An interesting phenomenon takes place when we release our need for more things and focus our attention on the meaning of our lives. The things we valued so highly early on lose their importance to us and yet become common place in our lives as we attract through our changed vibration as much of them as we could ever want or need to be happy. If this is not happening perhaps we have not made the total shift to being who we really are which carries a very special vibration with it. So, how do we get to this special vibration level in our lives. As Cummings says, we must have the courage to grow up, put away the toys (belief systems) of our youth and take responsibility for who we really are. That means we recognize that everything in our lives we have attracted with the vibration we have put out whether consciously or subconsiously - most of which is subconscious. When we begin the journey of seeking meaning in our lives we find the vibration we create is much more conscious and our results are much more fulfilling. Balance between the physical and spiritual realms starts to move from just believing that life can be good to knowing Life IS Good! As Mitch Album says, "The way you get meaning into your life is to devote yourself to loving others, devote yourself to your community around you, and devote yourself to creating something that gives you purpose and meaning." This takes courage to step out of old comfort zones but with a loving and supportive community around you the results are exponentially greater than the lower vibratory levels of life characterized by fear, doubt, lack and limitation. My heart sings with gratitude for each one you in our spiritual community at The Creative Thought Center as we approach our 10 year anniversary. Our celebration on November 14th will create new and higher vibrations for all of us. That's my story and I'm sticking to it. In Oneness and Love, Rev. Frank Kish September 2009 Newsletter Has Summer Been Rescheduled? As fall seems to have settled into our mountains here in WNC, one has to wonder what happened to summer. We have experienced the rains of spring and the temperatures of early fall for several months now. It has been one of the most beautiful summers I can remember with an explosion of color including the myriad of green lush vegetation and the brilliant explosion of flowering plantlife. Nature knows nothing of recession because it does not focus its attention on the news or the weather for that matter as we rarely can count on the weatherman’s predictions. Perhaps there is a lesson for us all to remember about where we focus our attention. Abraham tells us that wherever we focus our attention we create a vibrational vortex that attracts what we focus on. We live in an environment of contrast in this world of time and space, so we are moment to moment, being given the opportunity to see something that does not feel good so we can give birth to a desire that, should it manifest, we will feel good about. Feeling good about our experiences is why we are here because life is meant to feel good, to be joyful. But in order to feel good we have to have a frame of reference which is provided by our environment of contrast. Interesting how many people, I suspect the majority, on this planet focus their attention on the part of contrast that does not feel good and then wonder why they do not feel good or achieve their desires more often. Joseph Campbell gave us perhaps the most important clue to a joyful life when he said, “Follow your bliss!” In essence, he was saying focus your attention on your desires and you will achieve a vibrational match with those desires. The only reason any of us do not see a desire manifest in our lives is that there has to be a vibrational match between us and our desire. Let me say that our desire must also be for the highest and best good of all concerned. So it is our mission to raise our vibrational frequency to the level of our desire and when that happens a vortex of manifestation is created and VOILA! – OUR DESIRE MANIFESTS. Unfortunately, most people focus their attention on the part of contrast that feels not so good by telling their drama over and over again until they create a vibrational vortex of energy that attracts more of the same object of their attention. This is where our real power in life is! Quantum physics has proven to our logical minds as well as many people’s intuitive minds that our whole existence is one of vibrational energy and in order to feel good, to have a joyful life, we must raise our vibrational energy to a level that matches whatever level that brings us joy. There is no area of our lives that this concept does not apply. Whether it is our Wealth, our Health, our Creative Expression, or our Relationships – we have the power to transform our lives from one of victimhood to one of pure joy. In our classes at The Creative Thought Center and in our Sunday messages, our staff of practitioners and myself, the minister share a wide range of both physical and spiritual tools that help us all raise our vibrational frequency to the level of our desires. Enlightenment is a constant journey, not a destination, so enjoy the journey and be joyful. Set your intention daily to focus your attention on the desire that is born out of the contrast in your life and then apply your spiritual and physical tools to raise your vibration to a place of matching your desire. Try it, it really works! We are proving this concept as very real at the Center with our 3 year New Spiritual Home Campaign which we invite you to join with your pledge. Only about 30 days ago we had $24,000 in our pledge fund and today we are closing in on $60,000. Everyone involved in the pledge program can feel the vibrational energy and it is or will be making a difference in their personal lives as well. If you have not already made your pledge, consider becoming part of the vibrational energy vortex we are all creating at the level you are guided to by spiritual reflection. Even $1 per week will make a difference in our vortex of energy and in your vibrational energy level as well. Pledge forms are available at the Center and by email shortly. Our goal is to have as close to $100,000 in pledges by the end of September since our pledges serve as collateral for our financing arrangements. Thank you all so much for your love and support. Whoda Thunk!?
That our lives could be as good as our wildest imagination. That no matter how we might conceive it to be, it could be! with much less effort than we ever could imagine. It has been said that if we can conceive of something, it is already in our spiritual realm and the only thing keeping it from manifesting in form is our application of the principles of the Law of Attraction. So we must imagine first and then apply proven principles in our lives.
The very best and most exciting example for me of this is the The Creative Thought Center and how it has evolved more in the past 2 years than the first 8 years of its life. Having been here for 9 of those 10 years, I have been privileged to watch the evolution and be involved in a transformation that proves all the principles we teach and learn here. The Center has gone from a consciousness of lack and limitation surrounding finances and membership to a consciousness of abundance and prosperity that is infinite when we contemplate the conditions we wish to co-create together. In the past couple of months we as a spiritual family and community have nearly doubled our membership again and gone from zero savings to a New Spiritual Home Fund with over $29,000 in cash and pledges. We have attracted an opportunity to purchase our very own spiritual home with amazing potential for growth and prosperity. We have attracted more and more people who volunteer and consume the principles and spiritual laws with excitement and anticpation of a life so full that their light shines brightly for all to see. Whoda Thunk?
What I have noticed is that the people who really involve themselves in the evolution of our community have also seen a parallel kind of evolution and transformation in their personal lives and affairs. Yes, there are those who seem to do all the same things but do not get the results in their personal lives they expect. Why is that? Answering this question has to come at an individual level. There is no pat answer that applys to everyone. I do believe that TRUST is at the heart of everyone's answer though. Trusting what we know to be true intellectually but have not yet made that journey of trust to our hearts. We can easily get caught up in proving spiritual principles and laws, which are heart and soul driven, with a set of mind and ego driven criteria. This approach is part of the mechanistic paradigm we are currently leaving - the tools of that paradigm will not work in the new paradigm where we can co-create our lives and our world with much less effort and a lot more trust and imagination.
Here is a way, if you are on the fence about this new trust and imagination paradigm, for you to observe a process unfolding to prove what I am saying. I am in complete trust right now and every present moment that The Creative Thought Center community is moving forward/upward in the spiral of life that will soon manifest all the resources necessary (people, finances, opportunites, etc) to have its own spiritual home that will enable us to provide more services and opportunites for more people as they move along their individual path from the old paradigm to the new. I am joined in this vision by enough people in our community to keep this process moving forward at unimagined speeds by many but not at all surprising to those of us who have imagined and then trusted Spirit.
If you need a tool from the mechanistic paradigm to assist you in seeing the process unfold, watch the growth of our membership and the growth of our New Spiritual Home fund. I imagine we will top over $100,000 in our fund in the next few months and reach our goal of $300,000 plus within the 3 year pledge drive. I imagine an awesome escalation of our spiritual growth and consciousness as a community as well. I also imagine amazing things for those people who immerse themselves in this process of imagining and trusting, but I will share those imaginings individually.
The beauty of this new paradigm we are evolving into is more Oneness and more heart and soul driven activity resulting in less effort for more results. It is really about working smarter not harder which is not surprising since our Creator is All Intelligence and we are simply a hologram of our Source.
Namaste,
Rev. Frank
As I enter my 7th decade of life in this physical form I am constantly being made aware of how some people are happy and always putting off positive joyful energy and others are seemingly stuck in a holding pattern of victimhood. One group is facing endless opportunities and the other is facing constant challenges. What makes the difference between a life of happiness and a life of drama? It is not that I have not had times of drama in my life and still do from time to time. But I have found that drama is very short lived in my life and actually provides me with contrast to all the happiness that I have in my life. Contrast is good, it makes me appreciate my life more.
As I have taught our theme of "contemplation" this month I have found important messages for myself in contemplating the experiences I wish to attract into my life. I have found that having a little contrast in my life is like composting. In order to get the dark, rich soil we have to have a little garbage once in awhile. If we do not turn it periodically and give it air, the soil we are seeking seems to elude us. But when we do the work and then allow Nature to do its work, we manifest a soil richer than we could have imagined.
In our lives, we can always choose to turn the garbage of life over, give it air and then allow God, the Universe, Spirit - whatever we choose to call the infinite Power, Presence and Intelligence - to do the work we are not equipped to do. Our work is to simply create the mold of our desires and apply the principles of God's Love and Law to our lives. Then the Law will rush to fill the mold in ways we could not imagine. It's that simple and it is not always easy, but how easy it is depends largely on how we apply the principles. So much of the contrast to happiness in life is generated by our own thinking, our choices, and our inability to release our need to know how our desire will manifest or our need to make them happen ourselves. Actually I think all of the contrast comes from ourselves and happiness tends to elude us until we take personal responsibility for everything we attract into our lives.
As we approach our 10 year anniversary at The Creative Thought Center, we can look back over the years and see the contrast, the garbage, the breaths of fresh air that gave rise to more spiritual growth as a community. The teaching of Ernest Holmes and many other teachers both acclaimed and each one of us who teach each other have added much to our lives. But regardless of the quality of the teachers, the teaching or the loving and supportive community, if we do not apply the principles and contemplate happiness, prosperity, health, fulfilling relationships and creative expression then we are constantly faced with the garbage of life. It truly is our choice. For the past few years our CTC community has made a major turn and risen above all the garbage of its early years because it is applying the principles Ernest Holmes compiled from all the great spiritual teachings of the world. We as a community and as individuals are growing as the light beings we are and happiness is the norm. AND SO IT IS!

June 2009 Newletter
As June fades away I realize I have not written the newsletter for the month. I suspect that is the way it is for most of us - time seems to be flowing through our lives at warp speed. The question is, how do we cope with the fast pace of our world. Something Wayne Dyer said in a PBS broadcast comes to mind:
May 2009 Newsletter
What, What, What is My Intention?
The above title is a line from a song by a group called Devotion, shared with me by a friend that I am only beginning to get to know. And like this friend, in every present moment I am only getting to know my intention, because I am always creating intention around every present moment either consciously or sub-consciously. When I allow my sub-conscious to set my intention, it is subject to all the programming - both positive and negative - that I have had my entire life and perhaps many lifetimes. Often when my intention is a sub-conscious choice, it is the choice of others who have helped shape my sub-conscious programming, and may not be for my highest and best good.
When I use my power of discernment and my sense of intuition, I set my intention with my conscious mind, I get to choose the experience I am about to have giving me a greater opportunity for my highest and best good to manifest. It is the difference between just letting circumstances and situations of life just happen to me and creating life as I most desire it to be. The dichotomy here is there is less control and more allowance involved when I create my life through my spiritual tools than when I limit myself to the box perametered by my 5 physical senses. This is a good way of understanding what being a metaphysician is all about. A metaphysican does not limit him/herself to the box of physical senses. The way out of the box is the sense of intuition that will open the floodgates to an infinite Universe that is very responsive to my intentions.
So, setting my intentions on a daily or even moment to moment basis is part of the new paradiagm I am emerging into in my evolution. Setting intentions with others who are like minded and supportive is a very powerful way of creating my life for the highest and best good of all concerned. So many of us limit ourselves by thinking we can handle life alone and are very hesitant to share who we really are. We tend to follow the mass consciousness which is more like a hypnotic state than a conscious state. When I have done this in my life, I have limited my creative power. When I open up and become more active with people who share my dreams and aspirations in their own lives, together we create a synergy of life experiences that raises our vibrational frequency and through the Law of Attraction manifest experiences of the highest and best good for all concerned.
So I encourage you to ask yourself constantly - What, What, What Is Your Intention? Then express that intention in a positive, present moment, and trusting manner with like minded people who support and love you. An Intenders Circle such as we have at The Creative Thought Center in Waynesville on Thursdays at 5 pm is an ideal place for emerging into the new paradiagm or you can start your own Intenders circle. It is made very simple in the Intenders handbook available at the Creative Expressions Bookstore at the Center. However you decide to set your intentions, please know that you ARE setting them and this is how we all attract everything into our lives. Sometimes we have a hard time accepting responsibilty for attracting our life experiences, but when we do and when we set our intentions responsibly through our intuition and not someone else's ideas or beliefs, we free ourselves to create and be who we truly are. We then begin to experience an infinite power of creating our lives for the highest and best good of everyone concerned.
My intention for the month of May and beyond is: I intend that I am taking responsibility for my life experiences by developing my intuition and setting my intentions in a community of people who are aware of who they are and the power they have. So be it AND SO IT IS!!

Choose Love!
Spring in these mountains of Western North Carolina is perhaps the easiest time of year for me to see the Truth in all of life. I have come to know that life is all about choice and there are only two choices, love or fear. Looking out my picture window this morning at the mountains in the distance and the trees in the foreground reaching to the sky with green buds stretching to the sun for nourishment, I see only love in nature. Then I look over and see Kismet, my cat giving herself a bath as though she were getting ready to go somewhere very special. I understand now that in her world as in mine every day, every place I find myself in, and every choice I make is very special. I can choose to view every situation and expeience from this space of love that I feel this morning for nature, for Kismet and for the Oneness of all there is. When I do I am choosing love.
I have found that whenever I am feeling any kind of stress or discomfort emotionally that I have, at some point in the not to distant past, made a choice of fear. The choices of the past bloom into beliefs that I carry with me in my present moments and cause me pure joy or emotional stress. From the moment I make a choice from fear to be in agreement with a belief that causes me stress I have given my power of love away. I recognize that in order for me to choose for the highest and best good of myself and everyone concerned, I must be in touch with what is resonating with my soul's vibrational energy. I must conciously be aware of how a belief feels to me and not accept or agree with a belief being offered to me without knowing how it makes me feel. If it makes me feel joy, happiness and well-being - then I am resonating with a vibration of love and my agreement with this belief is indicated. If, on the other hand, it makes me mad, angry, fearful, sad, etc., then there is no resonance for this belief and it has a vibration of fear that clearly indicates non-agreement - even if it comes from a source of "authority", i.e., mass media, government, weathermen, doctors, etc.
Remember the Y2K beliefs and all the fear people bought into at the turn of the century? Fortunately there were many more of us who chose love instead of fear to believe in and the fears came to pass but the effect of the stress it caused in so many people manifested in a variety of ways in their lives. This is what free will is all about. The choice of love or the choice of fear. When we find ourselves experiencing fear, doubt, worry, a sense of lack - we have chosen fear. We have reached agreement with a belief that does not resonate with our soul. Remember, God's Will for us, as a vital part of Oneness, has never changed. Our choice of love or fear is what causes either Oneness with or separation from that peace and joy of life we all aspire to.
So as we Spring into the prosperity of nature in April I encourage everyone to become more aware consciously of the choices being made in regard to beliefs and whether or not they are in resonance with your soul. Then always choose in the favor of Love and watch your life expand.
Namaste!

We Are Still Here!
With the first quarter of 2009 soon to be a part of our past along with a winter most of us will be ready to release, many people are already wandering into the future by contemplating Spring and Summer. But, as always, we are still here in the present moment with much to do. Seeking truth, gratitude, love, light and all the rest that us metaphysicians do amidst the rolling eyes of those who put more energy into fear, doubt and worry about the future or regrets from the past. The economists, the politicians, the media and yes even our families and friends present a convincing package and call us the "airy fairies" of the world. So how do we stay in the present moment and not be pulled into the undertow of popular, yet energy draining, opinion.
For me it is about knowing the Truth of who I am and the power I have to create my world the way I intend it. The physical world is all make believe anyway, so why not make or create it in a way that works well for yourself rather than buying into all the gloom and doom scenarios of mass consciousness. As I create the tools for The Prosperity Co-Op website I feel a sense of rising vibrational frequency in and around me that is palpable. The feedback I receive from readers touches me at the core of my being and it keeps me in the present moment with a sense of joy. This work has become a big part of my passion for life in the present moment. Each day as I create the Daily Prosperity Tool Box I sense a higher vibrational level and it only takes one email from a reader, one of you reading this right now, to expand the gratitude I feel to exponential levels.
So, having a passion for what we are doing in our lives is a, if not the, critical solution to staying in the present moment and leaving the fear, doubt, and worry in the past where they belong as they are part of the old paradigm. The new paradigm emerging on the planet begins within each one of us. It is trying to emerge from every individual and collective on the planet. Compassion is trying very hard to emerge as a way of life in America today. It will be successful when it emerges from a critical mass of individuals first. We have a boat load of tools and teachers that our parents did not have and we and our children are the "critical mass" generations. This is the most exciting time in the evolution of our planet to "be here now". So I encourage everyone in my readership to stay present, find your passion, and have compassion for those who struggle from within the old paradigm. And for those who find themselves straddling the invisible wall between paradigms, simply reach out for a hand into the new paradigm which is what I call a spiritual paradigm with a multitude of spiritual partners available to you. The old paradigm was a religious paradigm that kept you reliant on the Church or something outside yourself. The new paradigm is one of spiritual principles and laws that love and support you from within, even the spiritual partners you reach out to are part of your Oneness.
You will notice that I have added a tool to the Tool Box recently. I call it My Daily Intention. Expressing an intention for each day, early in your day is a wonderful manifestation tool that will keep you in the present moment with a higher vibration. Expressing intentions in a loving and supportive circle of like minded people is even more powerful. That is why I have created the opportunity for us all to participate in an Intenders Prosperity Circle at The Creative Thought Center on Tuesday nights at 6:30 PM for the next 7 weeks. Participants in this circle will create their lives with a present moment consciousness and perhaps find a passion to express in their present moments. This is a new paradigm tool that creates expansion and evolution for those who apply the tools being taught. Many spiritual partnerships will be created during this experience. In fact, the connection with the Circle itself is a spiritual partnership that will support and enhance many lives.
Yes, we are still here, because the present moment is all there is and we are all meant to enjoy it. We each have a song we are meant to sing and we can only sing it in the present moment. As Wayne Dyer says,
"The greatest tragedy in life is to die with your song still inside."
Regardless of which paradigm you are operating in - reach out either to help yourself or to help someone else. Remember, we are all ONE! AND SO IT IS!! Love and hugs to All,

The Magical Flow
Be not concerned about the future...only the Now
I have come to understand the power of now in my life a great deal more lately. Barely 90 days ago my ministerial teacher had a vision of me doing this work and building this website to assist people in adjusting to the paradigm shift that is happening right now on many levels on the planet. I had to realize that my beliefs of the past as to my ability to be creative enough to construct and maintain The Prosperity Co-Op website were not serving me or anyone in my life. So, I had to let go of the past in a sense and shift my focus to right now. I was blessed with a mentor for creating the website, a friend's husband and now a new friend coaching me through the early weeks and continues to give me encouragement and support. In just over 90 days I have posted over 200 pieces on the website and have recieved wonderful responses of love and support for this work. It has taken all my focus in the present moment to build up the site to what it is today. I have gained much in the way of prosperity from this work and from all of you.
I have learned that the prosperity of life does not happen in the past for the past is gone and cannot happen in the future for the future never really gets here. Just when it almost does it becomes the present moment. We are creating our futures in the present moments of our lives, so it is critically important that we focus our energy and our attention on the present moments which are the only places we can create. We've all spent a lot of time trying to create in the past or the future and it usually leaves us frustrated, angry and oftentimes in a place of fear, doubt and worry. When we are looking over our shoulders or looking around the next bend, we miss the beauty and prosperity that we are immersed in.
I have found some new tools lately that help me to stay in the present moment. A book by Paul Von Ward, Our Solarian Legacy, a new DVD movie - Spiritual Liberation with Michael Beckwith, and 2 video interviews with John Asaraf -
There appears to be so little time when we are spliting our attention between the past, present and future. If we just learn to focus on the present moment and let the past go and the future take care of itself, we find we have an awesome amount of present moments with no limits on how much we can create. We live in an awesome stage of human evolution with so many and varied tools with which to create a life few of our ancestors could even imagine. Yet it is the tools that have stood the test of time that provide us with our greatest opportunities. These tools of course are our spiritual tools - principles and laws that never fail - and now they are reaching a level of explanation, through many wonderful teachers, that connects with our levels of expansion. LIFE IS GOOD AND SO IT IS!!
Namaste,

Frank…
Thank you so much for this beautiful letter and example for us all of truly stepping into our higher potentials! It has been so inspiring to watch your transformation over the past several years as you've grown to step into this beautiful ministry you now have. And, it is ever expanding, isn't it, as we all stretch to make the shifts we're called to make in this time of rapid change and birthing of a new heaven (within us) and earth (around us)! I'm looking forward to seeing you on the 15th.
May the gifts you give come back to bless you a thousand fold! Give my love to Maggie.
